Miranda Thomas is a legal operations consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting startups, enterprise legal departments, and high-growth businesses. She specializes in legal operations, contracting workflows, corporate governance, compliance, and cross-functional process improvement. Miranda has worked across financial services, construction, real estate, renewable energy, technology, healthcare technology, single-family offices, private equity, and startups, helping organizations create scalable legal and operational systems that support growth while managing risk.
